Not sure what to say?

My heart is heavy knowing that my "post office buddy" is gone. It was always a high point to my day seeing Jerry, and having a laugh or to carry on with one of our running jokes. You are truly missed, Jerry. May God bless you and your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

There aren't enough words to say or tears to shed to get rid of the void that Jerry leaves behind. It's because of his great love that we mourn and also how we will heal from this loss. He has touched so many lives with his fun-loving, caring and honest heart. He was the true meaning of love your neighbor as yourself. We'll always remember Jerry and miss him greatly. Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with the Bloemsma family.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with you all. It has been a great pleasure of being neighbors and knowing Jerry. He was always there with a helping hand. He is gonna be sadly missed. If there is anything that we can do for any of you just let us know. He was an awesome man with a great big heart. He loved his family and his friends and we all loved him too. Look to the sky and when you see the brightest star that is Jerry looking down on us all. Rest in Peace good buddy.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I must say I am in shock to hear of Jerry passing. I have known Jerry since working here at wmu 26 years. I met Jerry at the post office. He always had a joke,a smile and a kind word to say. I never saw him angry or upset. WMU has lost a diamond and a true treasure.. God always take the best first and Jerry is there waiting for his wings.

It has been a great honor to have been a part of Jerry's WMU Bookstore family. Jerry was always smiling and he always made other people smile. Jerry had a wonderful sense of humor and he was an excellent marksman at shooting rubberbands. He was a very friendly, caring, and loving person especially for his family. He always shared his wonderful adventures about his children and grandchildren that he adored. Jerry will be greatly missed. God Bless you and may you find peace in this time...
