Not sure what to say?

Mr.Carter was a wonderful math teacher at North Wilkes high. I will always remember him.

May God grant you comfort and peace now and in the days to come.

Pauline. Linda and family. I am so sorry to learn of Jerry's passing. He was a good man and helped to mold many a life thru his years at NWHS. Heaven just gained another life that was lived well. Pam Pruitt Miles

Jerry taught my children at North Wilkes High School. He was a fine teacher. May God grant you peace and comfort in the days ahead.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr Carter. I had him at North Wilkes High in the late 70's/early 80 in Math and he was a good Teacher and made math fun by being silly.

Just a note to let you know how much we appreciated Jerry, both in school, and in life. He was a pleasure to be around because of his humor and good nature. The family will be in our prayers during this time.

He was one of my favorite teachers throughout high school and made me enjoy math more and hate it less. He made us all sports fans and we loved him for it. Heaven has gained another member

My deepest condolences to Pauline, Linda and the family. Whenever I think of my time in high school, I think of Jerry. He was a mentor to me inside and outside of the math classroom. There are many fond memories of going to basketball games with Jerry, working alongside him in the concession store. He will be missed greatly. Peace to you and your family.

So sorry for your loss. He was a fine man and served his community well. You and family are in my thoughts and prayers.
