Read MoreDr. Cherry was a professor of mine at Virginia Tech. I also worked in his Research Lab for two years with Delbert Jones. Dr. Cherry always cared so much about his students and took a real interest in us. He was always so proud of us when we came back to campus to see him. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Linda and rest of his family. He was a great man.
