Read MoreI am very sad to learn of Jerry's untimely death. He was a smart, courageous, and hard-working, one of the most decent people I've ever known. We served together as school superintendents in adjacent rival school district (Troy and Piqua). Jerry was a truly excellent superintendent, one of the very best. My most sincere and heart-felt condolences to Joyce and their family.

Growing up on Sunburst Drive we were as close as friends get. .Jerry had a wide variety of interests including sports of all kinds. I will always be thankful for those carefree days and all our shared experiences !
