Not sure what to say?

Jerry touched many, many lives and made a great impression on each one . I know everyone at Eastside Baptist will have heavy, heavy hearts for a long time. He will be sadly missed by all.
The joy of the sad loss is, he is home with his HEAVENLY FATHER sing in that great angelic choir. We love you and will miss you.

Jerry was a wonderful friend, who never met a stranger. My heart is so sad, my prayers go out to his family. He sure loved his children and grandchildren. He will be missed.

Jerry was a long time friend to me, a man that I always cared so much about and had a lot of respect for Jerry, this saddens me terribly. I was just thinking about him over the weekend for some reason and told myself that I really need to visit him, it had been so long. He will be truly missed. My prayers are with the family, may God keep you strong.

Rhonda - I'm so sorry to read about your dad's passing. Praying that the Lord will give you and your family peace and comfort during the coming months. Mindy Hasting Burt

Always a smile and a Happy Greeting. That's Jerry, the man that always made you appreciate life. The sincere love of our Lord Jesus and his people was always shown on his face, no matter how bad things seamed. Always encouraging us times will be better. We will all miss you so very much in our Sunday School Class.

There will be an empty chair at the holiday table this year, but it will be filled with loving memories.
