My deepest sympathy to the Conley family. You lost a good husband, father, and grandfather and the world of conservation lost a great man. Jerry was very supportive of his staff and a powerful encourager to me. He certainly left a hole at the Missouri Department of Conservation. Steve Young, Missouri

First met Jerry at MDC with his glove and baseball ready to play for dept. team. He was a great ballplayer, leader and full of good cheer. He really cared about communications, resources and employees. He is missed. Peace and strength to Janet and family!

Jerry and Janet thank you so much for all the great times you let me enjoy with you and Wendy. Camping, fishing, shooting, canoeing, getting in trouble (not so fun), the list goes on. You are my second family and I love you all dearly. God bless you all.

Jerry was a valued friend and colleague. I learned a lot about being a wildlife agency director from him. He left his mark and he will be missed.
