Not sure what to say?

Miss you Jerry. I know you are keeping them laughing in heaven.

Laurie, Brian, Chris & Missy - I am so sorry to hear about your loss. We just heard about it recently and couldn't believe it. I was lucky enough to run into him at Wal-Mart, I am guessing right before he passed, to hear some of his wild stories!! Again, I am so sorry. I know things will never be the same for you all - but I hope there is some peace for your family knowing he is home!!

Lori and family...I am so sorry about the death of Jerry. I just found out today from Luanne and was shocked. I hope you and the kids are doing as well as possible. Keep your faith and remember the good times, Jerry was always alot of fun to be around. He was really good with the kids, Janya loved him and his jokes he played on the girls. Give my love to the kids and take care of yourself.

It is coming up on a month since the tragic and untimely death of a good man - Jerry Dale. We consider it an honor to have known him. He was one of those people that will leave an impact on everyone that knew him. He was funny. When you saw him, you immediately started smiling because you knew something funny would be said or done. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers will continue to be with Laurie and the family he left behind.

Laurie, Missy, Bryan, and Chris - I love you!

I met Jerry when I was 3 years old. I remember many fun times growing up with the Dales because of his and Laurie's close friendship with my parents, George and Sue. Jerry was such a great guy. He made me laugh so many times because he teased me endlessly but always in a good natured way. When I moved out for the first time, he came over with my dad and helped wallpaper my apartment, just because he wanted to help. He will be missed. My 3 year old son Kyle will always think that Jerry was...

I've waited to make this entry--waiting for the perfect words to come. The words to describe a friendship that has endured for almost 30 years, but the perfect words did not come for there are no words at all to describe the bond that I felt with Jerry. His family and mine have seen good times, bad times, happy and sad times, but the friendship was always there. Jerry was the life of the party, the clown, the tough guy, but he also had feelings and compassion deeper than most people ever...

Words will never be able to express what a great man Jerry was. I met Jerry when I was a little girl who was about 5 years old. Although we're never ready to let go of anyone, I wouldn't have traded the last 18 years of knowing him with anyone in the world. We all have our own memories of Jerry that we will cherish - whether it being when he said "want a piece of candy little girl" or when the Dale family and the Underwood family went to camp, out to eat or just spent time together. Jerry was...
