To all of our family and many friends, I must extend my gratitude for all of your continious love and support that we have received from you. We have all suffered a great loss but more importantly we are extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to share our lives with Jerry and for that I will be forever grateful. Jerry will be so dearly missed.

I have extended the guest book to remain open for a years time so in the event you would like to sign it but cannot find the words...

It's been over 20+ years since I saw you, so in my mind's eye, I still see the little boy you used to be, not a grown man and father. Your big brother John and I were the best of friends during High School. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Jerry was a great PST buddy who will be sadly missed.
You always made me laugh, and now you've made me cry. I will miss you buddy. You were a great friend, chopper and moderator.
