My heart and love go out to the family in this time. My first "encounter" with Jerry was at a Salvation Army function when he accompanied his wife with her guide dog, Nina. I was only interested in the dog and didn't actually "meet" Nina's people until a few years later. Since then, however, I had gained two very precious Christian friends. Even though Jerry was somewhat of a "sidebar" for the dog, she is really missing him. We will all miss him greatly!! Love to the family.
