Susannah, Marston, Margaret, and all the family, I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so grateful that Jerry and I had the opportunity to have dinner together in Baton Rouge about six months ago. His sharp, keen sense of humor made him a pleasure to be around. I have lost a very dear friend.

I will always have fond memories of Mr. Jerry. He was a gentle giant of a man who poured his heart and soul into helping others. He will be greatly missed here on earth but Heaven is a richer place today because of him! My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

We grew up with Jerry in Coushatta. We will miss him.

My deepest sympathy to Jerry's children and special friend. He saw a little trouble in his life, but he was a good and caring person. He loved his children and friends dearly. He will be on the other side of the Pearly Gates waiting to greet all of us.
