Jerry will be greatly missed. I have known him for many years. My dad worked for Vance and my son worked at the BP station. He was a person who never met a stranger. May God Bless Each Of You during this oh so difficult time! Jerry was such a distinguished gentleman ! My uncle , Gil Hibbard, often shared stories of visits he and Vance had with your dad. I am so sorry to hear about this accident that took Jerry's life. I was a deputy corner in Pulaski County and met him during one of our in-service trainings in Frankfort back in the 90's. Even though I only met him and knew him for those few days, he was a man who never met a stranger and seemed to be such a good person and very generous to those less fortunate.
