Not sure what to say?

I remember Jerry back to the late 70's when I started with the City of Lodi until his retirement. I worked in Engineering, just down the hall from his office on the top floor of City Hall. Jerry was a trusted and true friend to our family. He is going to be missed by us big time. Few people enter your life that have as great an impact as Jerry had on us personally. We enjoyed life together; church, youth activities and everyday. Friends like this are made in Heaven and are to be treasured forever. We will meet again in our Heavenly Home. God's Blessings, Susan, Jeff and Greg. Love you all, Jerome and Dianne Herfindahl

All good memories of Jerry when we worked for the City of Lodi. Was involved in three sessions negotiating employee contracts with Jerry. Always impressed with his integrity, he was "Formidable & Fair" as a Negotiator. Outside of official duties he was always friendly & approachable. God bless his family with comfort & peace in his passing. Garold Murray, (LPD Lt. Retired)

Rest in peace my old friend. Kiwanis sponsor and mentor. Susan and family, my heartfelt condolences.

Susan, my heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Jerry certainly lived a remarkable life... from start to finish.

May God bless Jerry's legacy of a man of God who truly loved his family, country and the city of Lodi.
