I am so sorry to learn of Jerry's passing. He was a wonderful teacher for my children. I later taught with him at Longfellow. What a wonderful man! May God's grace help you during this difficult time.

I was a student at Longfellow, and had Mr. Halsted as a teacher in 1969. He was an inspiration to me. God Bless his Soul, and that of his entire family.
