Not sure what to say?

Jerry was such a warm, kind man. Always a smile and the sweetest greeting about the beautiful day. We were truly blessed and our island a better place for knowing him. May you find comfort and peace in memories during this difficult time.

As so many here at Dataw, I was saddened and surprised to learn of Jerry´s passing. Jerry had a way about him that just radiated calm and peace. When he wished you a nice day, he did more than just exchange a pleasantry. He made you realize how fortunate you were. May he rest in peace.

Our thoughts are with you and your family. What a very nice man who will be missed by us all. Bob & Barbara Albon

I am so sorry for your loss. I saw Jerry last Friday at Dataw as we typically saw him on Fridays. Always with a pleasant smile and great attitude. He will be deeply missed by the Dataw golfers.

Jerry was part of our family here on Dataw...always greeting you with a smile and instruction on pace of playWe will miss you Jerry

We are deeply saddened to hear of Jerry´s passing. Jerry´s constant smile, cheerful spirit, and love for life - especially out on the golf course - brought joy to everyone around him. He will be fondly remembered by all of us at the Cotton Dike Deli, not only for his friendly presence but for the kindness he shared so generously. Please know that our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. With heartfelt sympathy, The Cotton Dike Deli Team

Jerry was the sunshine on the golf course for me. No matter how I was feeling about my game he always put a smile on my face. Sending my deepest condolences to his family..

Jerry was a kind and gentle man. He was always smiling and positive. He had great love for his family and "pushing" you along on the golf course in a very kind manner. I had many conversations with him over the years and I will greatly miss him. With deep sympathy to all his family.

Jerry handled what could easily have been a difficult job in "guiding " golf groups off on Dataw with great tact and was always a true gentleman. He will be missed and hard to replace.
