Not sure what to say?

I remember escorting your mother and father, one time, in the Minneapolis airport and the way your father kept reaching out to hold your mother´s hand with a gentle smile at her when circumstance separated them in our walk. It left me with such a memory of love. I remember Jerry as a quiet, thoughtful man who cherished his family. My heart aches and rejoices with all of them.

Ann, sending our love and prayers to you and your family. We so enjoyed the opportunity to worship with and work alongside both of you as part of First Christian´s faith family.

On behalf of the faith family at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Portland, Oregon - Please know that we are holding your family in prayer during this time.

Judy, Bart and I are so sorry to learn of your wonderful dad´s passing. He was a good man. We always enjoyed the alumni events he presided over at WU. He had a wonderful sense of humor.

Grateful for his service and leadership. Best wishes to the family.

Jerry will always occupy a special place in our hearts, as a dear and treasured example of the best that mankind has to offer our...

DEAR ANN AND ALL THE FAMILY, YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. JERRY WAS A VERY SPECIAL FRIEND AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB BEING THE CEO AND A TRUSTEE OF THE COLLINS FOUNDATION. I THINK JERRY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AT EVERYTHING HE DID. HE ALWAYS WAS AN INSPIRATION TO ME AND ALL WHO KNEW HIM. I AM ALSO A TRUSTEE OF THE COLLINS FOUNDATION AND WILL ALWAYS TREASURE MY TIME WITH JERRY. BLESSINGS AND FRIENDSHIP, LEE DIANE COLLINS VEST
