Jerry was, quite simply, one of the good ones. I grew up with one of his daughters and then had the pleasure of working with him in the legal community. He was always upbeat with a kind word to say and to offer advice when asked. He was a wonderful member of the legal community and I was always glad when our paths crossed. My condolences to his entire family.
