Not sure what to say?

My condolences to each of you.

On the top of Mt Rainier in the crater. Eric was there too but this was the only pic I had.

Ann, Eric and Heidi, I just learned of Jerry's passing today and cried my eyes out! He absolutely had the strongest impact of anyone in my life. He is the reason I stayed in the Army! He talked me through investing. He told me what to invest in. He allowed me to visit him at all his work places and always had time to see me immediately on my arrival. We did so many runs together, ski trips, hikes and for all that he shared with me, I am so sad I wasn't there to hug him and talk with him, but...

Jerry leaves an indelible legacy behind. This principled, capable, courageous, generous, inspiring, thoughtful, loving husband, father, and friend was taken from this world too soon. Eric, Heidi, your families, and most of all, dear Ann, you're all in a new and very challenging chapter of your lives. I hope this time is brightened by many happy memories of good times with Jerry and the companionship of those you love.
With love and sympathy,
Penny and Peter

Ann, I am so, so sorry for your loss. You helped me become a better mom 10 years ago when my daughter was just a wee babe. I am so sad to hear of your husband's passing. He sounds like an amazing man. Much love to you.

Dear Eric, our deepest condolences to you at this difficult time. May you find comfort within the loving family that surrounds you.

Our hearts are aching for your family. Sending our deepest condolences. Hugs to you, Keppler family.

Jerry was a member of the board of directors for Washington Trails Association from 2010-2012, which is when I had the pleasure of working with him. I know how much he cared for trails and recreation opportunities in the state. All of us at WTA are deeply saddened to lose such a great person and a long time supporter of our mission. Our hearts go out to his family.
Wendy Jacobs, WTA Board
