Not sure what to say?

We miss Mark, David and Jerry- the most awesome and sweetest Trio. A legacy is gone

Aaaahhhh, the flood at 2161. The washing machine floating in the basement, water in the cars up to the brake-pedals, the driveway washed-out. We worked hard and survived it all.

We miss the Dover Digs Boys Mark, Jerry and David. We are blessed we had the pleasure of knowing you all. Hugs Leslie (Jean and Lesters daughter)

We will miss you Jerry! I hope you are getting in trouble with Mark and exploring. I'm so glad to have had gotten to know you while growing up in RR! Love Leslie Andelson Kodish (and sending love of fun memories with Lester & Jean)

Jerry Knasel was a friend of mine and my mother Melva Russell. We belonged to the same extended family group at the Westshore Unitarian Universalist Church. He and David and Mark also visited my aunt and uncle in San Francisco as well. He was also my first yoga student in 1992. Jerry was thoughtful and kind and i value our conversations about life. He will be missed.

Lovejoy and Janice convey the true Jerry ! My sincere condolences to his family of loved ones. I knew Jerry a brief 2 years at Herrick before it closed. He was loved by all. It was Jerry that was at the forefront of any activities with the students. Herrick was a super school, super kids and excellent staff. Jerry really cared, no doubt would do anything to help a student, as Janice and Brian can attest to ! Now times that by 100 ! There were many super kids and many super, caring...

Wayne and I were so surprised and saddened to hear of Jerry´s death. We remember his gentle steadfastness, his quiet but clear leadership, his love of Mark and David, his commitment to the church that he supported and cared deeply about . We remember him at Pride and in Transylvania and at Dover Digs. What a giant soul. Our deepest condolences to his beloved David. Wayne Arnason and Kathleen Rolenz
