Jerry Ray Lee

Janice and family: I worked with Jerry at the City of Raleigh's Park Ranger force for for three years. He was my training officer and taught me many things about being a top notch police officer including how to always treat people - just as you would want to be treated yourself. He was a great teacher and a great person and I regret his passing. You will find a great deal of comfort in knowing that he was universally respected by his peers and those with whom he worked. Jerry was a wonderful person that I knew when there were Park Rangers in our City Parks. He was always very helpful and a pleasant person with a big smile and bigger heart. My thoughts and prayers to all of his family.

Janice and family, I am so very sorry to hear of Jerry passing. Bruce and I both worked with Jerry for a long time at the Fairgrounds. They thought so much of each other and I thought of Jerry as a brother. We worked many functions together. Bruce and Jerry were so much alike in the way they did their job and their honesty.
