Not sure what to say?

I will ALWAYS *CHERISH* many great Memories with Jerry who was like a FATHER to me for years!! Thank you Jerry!

A childhood hero who my Mom ran across later in life in Springfield. He told her I could send a card to sign. I just now read his obituary and was deeply moved.

Jerry Lumpe was our former neighbor in Raytown in the 60's... His son name Jerry and Jim while my brother is Jerry and I'm Jim Jones... Our family became very close to his family for years.. Jerry was like a adopted father to me after my father passed away in 1990. Jerry was my very 1st Sport (Baseball) role model all my life! I told my father I wanna to be a ball player like Jerry Lumpe. He helped me focus my long time dream to be in the Majors... I only made it to semi-pro for few...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, a year later!!! My Dad and Mom shared many fun stories about Jerry,Vivian and Norm Siebern!!!

Jerry I new you for a short time.
I'm glad I met you.
You will be missed
Your Friend Gil

This is one of my favorite photo of me with Jerry Lumpe who enjoys watching me perform "Multi-Media" Mime shows several different times. I love you!

To Jerry, I will never forget of 3 different *Mime Shows* that you came for me to "Dedicated" several mime shows to you for Deaf and Hard of hearing as well hearing viewers!! Thank you for coming to all 3 different mime shows!! I love you and miss you very much!! "JJ" the Mime

I also dedicated 3 different mime shows toward to Jerry

My deepest sympathy to you and the whole family. Jerry is like a "adopted father" to me since my father passed away 1990. For over 50 years Jerry was my very 1st role model that I dreamed to be a MLB ball player like him. I was hoping to be the very 1st Deaf pitcher in the big leagues! Thank you Jerry for being a great role model to all of us!! I love you and will miss you very much! God Bless! From "JJ"
