Jerry Ann Madden, 90, of Burkburnett passed away peacefully Monday, March 25, 2024.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Shields officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
Jerry was born on July 21, 1933 in Wright City, Texas to the late Caradine and Gracie Jewel (Woodard) Coffman. She and Edward W. Madden were married on June 27, 1958 in Wichita Falls. Jerry was a member of Faith Baptist Church since 1985, and was very active. She loved to garden, and also enjoyed hosting dinner parties. Her greatest joy was her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters; and five brothers.
Jerry is survived by children Stephanie Key and husband Chris, and Michael Madden and wife Patricia; grandchildren Cara Gaddy and husband David, Carter Leach and wife Lindsey, Jonathan Morris, Ashlee Madden-Jacobi and husband Benjamin; and four great-grandchildren, and one on the way.
