Not sure what to say?

The World lost Jerry and his beloved wife, Janet, in the same year. Each of them will be missed. Before moving to Colorado, they were very important to the Lawrence Road Presbyterian Church. I understand that there is a brick for them in the new garden. They had been very active leading the Youth Group at the Church. Even after they stopped doing it full-time, Jerry played pick-up basketball with some of the younger boys. Once, he got hurt by an accidental kick, but he did not complain...

Julie my heart goes out to you and your family. I'm so grateful to have been able to work with you and your mom and dad.
Truly a remarkable family.

Julie: My family and I are so sorry for your loss. I know how much you loved him. I had the pleasure to get to know both your parents when we lived together and I'll always cherish those memories. Especially the time we tried to keep your "surprise" birthday party a secret from you. They were a big part of making that happen. Sending you love and prayers. Take comfort that they are now together again and will watch and guide you from above. Love you.

We are so sorry for your loss. I will definitely miss my buddy "Dr. J"

My thoughts and prayers are with Jerry's family. I worked with him at NOAA --he will be remembered fondly as a wonderful, kind person and with great respect and admiration as a scientist.
