Jerry passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018. Jerry was a resident of Georgia at the time of passing. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 2PM in the chapel of Moores Funeral Home in Milledgeville, GA. A private burial will follow at The Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association National Direct Response Headquarters, 1200 Hosford Street, Suite 101 Hudson, WI 54016-9316.
