I am very sorry to hear of the los of Jerry. Growing up just a few doors down Trail street from his house, I can have only pleasant thoughts of the times we had.

Dear Carolyn & Family,
Deepest sympathies regarding the passing of Jerry. He was such a bright light and a very special person. He will be greatly missed. Our family would like to thank him for the kindness he showed to our Mother, Rita Maher, when they worked all those years together at Clark Equipment. Mom (Rita) called him, "A Prince of a Guy." Indeed, he was. We are so very sorry about your loss, and our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Best...

McDermott Family,
I was sadden by the news of your loss. I will always remember the Clark Equipment Christmas parties and as children and how Cindi and I would "raid " the garage afterward...OHHH what fun that was:) I also remember the Cedar Point trips that I was invited to. Those summer trips were great!

I still pass by your old house on Cooper Street and everytime I do, I think of the McDermott's and memories of silly things Cindi and I might have done. Like the time Cindi was...

Carolyn and kids:
I had no idea Jerry was having difficulty. I will try to find out to get in touch with you. I am so sorry. I guess I have not been a very good sister-in-law, have I? We have always loved all of you.

Prayers and sympathy to Carolyn and family.

Jerry was very respected at Clark Equipment. He could walk through the plant and name just about everyone by name. What a lasting impression he made on me.
