Read MoreAs a young girl, he was my Dad’s cool brother, as a young married mother, he fed my baby daughter an Easter Egg ( she had never eaten anything but formula and the first baby foods). As a grown woman, I appreciated his service for my family, my country! He was a fun guy that I enjoyed visiting with by telephone. So sorry for your loss, but glad his pain is over! God help us all remember him and his service well.

Uncle Jerry was a precious man. I am very proud and honored to be among his family. He sent me money as a birthday gift when he was in Vietnam, I have cherished it, because it came from someone I cherished and admired. He was in my eyes a very honorable man, I will never ever forget!
As time goes on I will continue to pray for his children and grandchildren.
I can't be there but I am there in spirit. Love you all!
