Not sure what to say?

We were fortunate enough to work with Jerry at both MacHi and Fort. He was a consummate performer, never at a loss for stories & anecdotes, musical renditions of everyday events, and comic routines that made us laugh until we cried! But more importantly, he took time every day to show that he cared deeply about his friends and students. While entertaining, the “Sheasky” taught lessons about respect, honesty, dedication, responsibility, empathy….and life! He made all of the athletes and...

Mr.O'Shea....The Sheaski or Mr.O'Shizzle...I will miss you greatly and the priceless knowledge and counseling you provided and i am forever greatful for meeting a life long role model. Mary my thoughts and prays i will forever miss the memorys of bailing hay and eating mary burgers and listening to Mr.O'Shea and uncle mike sing and play the guitar

My deepest sympathy and prayers to all of Jerry's family. We all lost a great guy and friend. Jerry and I attended Hudson's Bay together. We played football, shared classes and lots of laughs. Jerry was the only 18 year old I have ever met who could hold the undivided attention of an entire student body during an assembly. He lived his life as he saw it and as he chose and we all loved him for it. Jerry had a gift and I am so happy I was able to enjoy it with him. God bless you all and all of...

I went to school with Jerry at Pacific University. He was probably the funniest guy I knew, and still to this day remember jokes he'd make up about Cowboys & Indians. He could start with one person at the Pacific Commons area, and within minutes, there would be a group listening, laughing, and if recall correctly he played a guitar. My only regret is that I did not stay in touch with him through the years. I already miss him, though.

I went to High School with Jerry at Hudsons Bay, class of 71. Jerry was always a good and faithful friend. I have nothing but good memories of my long friendship with Jerry and I miss him terribly already. Jerry was one of the good guys. He could always make me laugh. I will never forget his imitating Mr. Lodge and Mr. Daniels. What a clown. To his family, my prayers and thoughts are with you today. The loss of Jerry is felt by all who knew him. His life will be carried on in our memories....
