Not sure what to say?

Condolences to all the family. I had no ideal Jerry had been sick and passed. What a shocker.
I worked with him in Engineering at SPO For years. Such a fine man and friend. I ran into him often at Sam's Club and we would talk about old times. I am sure his reunion in Heaven is fabulous. Rest in peace my friend

I have so many great memories with Jerry at GM as well as outside of work.
We belonged to a Monday night golf league in Grand Blanc for years. We would play the league 9 holes and he always would get out his 9 wood for the tough shots. Once done we would stay and have a drink and talk about whatever was going on in our lives. He always had positve words of encouragement for me and we had great times. Also, he would always ask.....Need any golf balls....? Then he would give me 2 or 3. ...

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

My condolences to the Powers family. Jerry will be missed. Always ready with a mischevious smile, razor-sharp wit and opinions that ranged from truthful to politically incorrect. The world will be a lesser place without him.

Curt and family, I'm sorry for your loss and wish you comfort and fond memories.

So sorry to hear this. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this most difficult time.

Phyllis and family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May the Lord surround you with His angels, and give you comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult time.

No words can describe how much we love you, Jerry. You were truly "Our Best Man." The best brother to Rick, the best friend and leader of all of us LaFond in-laws. The best uncle, great uncle, and most of all remembered by loving our dear friend and companion, Diesel. We will remember you always, now wrapped in the loving arms of Jesus.

Jerry, lead on old friend without fear or worry. Our years in
Selective Service shared both friendship and humor. I will never forget the special laughter about the magical lawn mower repair. Those feelings last forever.
