Jerry and I went to kindergarten together AND NEVER LOST TOUCH. He was nicknamed PETER PAN by his friends here in Chicago. His joy of life and youthful spirit was apparent every day that he lived. He was so proud of the "old neighborhood" and when he came back here if people knew Jerry was in town, they got together. I loved him dearly and so counted on him to lift my spirits, give me advice and make me feel loved as I loved him. Life will be missing a sense of spontaneity and fun.....we...

I am crushed to learn of Jerry's passing. He was an AMAZING friend who never met a stranger. We would have lots of laughs about life and real estate stories. When he left Chicago in August, he was SO positive that everything would be okay and he'll be back in June. This gives a whole new meaning to "Man plans and G-D laughs." A good friend is hard to find, however, harder to lose. RIP, Jerry. I love and miss you.
