Jerry was an accomplished swimmer in high school. There was an annual City Swim Meet at Fairview Pool. We competed against each other every year, and Jerry would swim the backstroke at the annual meet. I did not swim that stroke, so he'd win the most points in the meet, and that was a running joke with us for years when we ran into each other in Sherman. God Bless To his Family and friends. Johnny
