Jerry J. Sample

I had the honor of calling on Dr Sample as a drug representative for about 5 years. From my interaction with him and observing him with his patients and staff, I saw a community leader and friend. What a great human being. I just know he's in Orange Heaven discussing how he can help his beloved Tigers win another national championship. My heart goes out to his family and his Shiland family. He will be missed.

Dr. Sample was truly one of the best. He would always make my daughters pay taxes aka hugs from them every time we went in there. He took care of five generations of my family and he will be greatly missed.

I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Sample's passing. He was not only my Doctor for years and years but also my friend. He was a very special person and an excellent doctor. He will always be in the hearts of all who knew him. There will always be only one Dr. Sample. Dr. Sample has earned our respect and gained our love. My deepest sympathies to the Sample Family.

Dr. Sample was a wonderful, Christian, Doctor who was truly a Blessing to everyone he touched. He will be missed. I know he was told job well done my good and faithful servent.
