Coach Stewart, Many times I have thought about you as a teacher and coach since high school (2001-2004). You made a huge impact on my life & made me feel seen just by being kind. Thank you.

Rip my favorite coach ever who pit up with my shenanigans at Tucker in the early 80's.You will be missed by many.

I coached and taught with Jerry at both Tucker and Parkview High. What a wonderful and comforting man. He was an outstanding coach and friend. I shall miss him. Coach Don McChesney.

I wonder just how many lives Coach touched in his lifetime. He certainly touched mine, and I've never forgotten his (and his wife's) kindness toward and faith in me.

Prayers and condolences to the Stewart family. Jerry hired me as a coach at Tucker High School. Jerry and Sharon allowed me to stay with them when I moved from Savannah until I was able to locate housing in the Tucker area. Jerry was an outstanding coach but a better human being.

Prayers to the Stewart family. I was a student at Westmer. Jerry coached our foreign exchange student Cane. He was a great coach and teacher.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jerry´s family. I always enjoyed our fellowship at The Retired Football Coach´s Breakfast each month.
