Not sure what to say?

Jerry was my neighbor for decades. We used to go on overnight campouts with our "Indian Princess" daughters. On one of those campouts, we were alone around the campfire. After learning that I was a veteran, Jerry told me this: "In Vietnam, in the jungle, I was on guard duty on a moonless night. My partner and I had to go out beyond the perimeter and guard the camp. Thanks Jerry for the memories you shared with us on our fishing trips and the camaraderie & hilarity in our cribbage nights. Thanks for being my friend, and remember I was the one who netted that huge brown trout for you back then. I know where you are now practicing cards and only hope I can get there someday too. God be with you. Denny Devlin
