As a friend of the Towns family i got to know Jerry over a period of ten yrs, but the impact he had on my life will last a life time.I had the opportunity to enjoy many holiday dinners with Jerry And Nancy, and I will never forget the day i spent Golfing with Jerry and Donny. Or their hospitality towards me and my parents by letting us stay in the Florida Condo.Jerry's stature was only overshadowed by the size of his heart, and his kindness will live on for a eternity.My sincerest condolences...

I recognized Mr. Towns's photo from 35 years ago when I lived in Coldwater, Michigan. Jerry was a hearty man with a wide circle of friends in that small community. Please accept my sympathy, Anna (Berry) Bristol

mr.t was jovial, funny and out-going. he was a big man in stature and voice. he always said something wise. he and i always had good talks at breakfast. it took a bit of me when he told me he didn't want to get out of bed any more. i did prod but he was very adamant. i'm going to miss the tea klatches with mrs. t at night and the talks we shared, our night-time ritual after mr. t was settled in. ken always said to learn from mrs. t.
