Bill was the best neighbor anyone could hope for. He was always there with a smile and a story, and loved sharing new plants with me. We would talk over the fence, and sometimes his late wife Vera would join in. When he and Betty moved away, the neighborhood became a little less sunny. We will miss you Bill.
