I am sorry for your loss. May the God of comfort be with you during your time of mourning. Isaiah 61:1,2 ; Matthew 5:4

I worked for Jerry Woods for about 5 years. He is easily oneof the best men I've ever known, and I love him and his family dearly. He taught me so many lessons, and was always there for me not just as "boss," but also as a friend when i needed it. The Woods will always be my second family, and i will greatly miss him...I'll never forget the impact he made on my life, and I wish the best for his family through this trial. But I smile because I know that now he is truly spending "just another...

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. May the wonderful treasures fill your hearts with love and bring you peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jerry Woods family during this difficult time. Hosea 13:14

My husband and I just returned from the Pell City Boat Show and were devastated to hear about Jerry. We met Jerry a few years ago at the marina and it felt like he had been an old friend forever. He was so kind and had such a sweetness about him. We always looked forward to seeing him at the boat show in Birmingham and Pell City and at the marina. We will truly miss him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Today we heard the sad news of Mr. Woods passing. We have known the marina family only a few years. He always greeted you by name even if you were not a frequent visitor. We wish to give our condolences to Diane and her family. God bless you in this time of grief.

I just heard the news as I was driving into my office today. I had to pull over because I became terribly ill hearing the news. I knew something was up because I have been trying to call the Marina for a couple of days and talk to Jerry. I literally feel like I have lost a family member and I am saddened to an unbelievable depth hearing the news.
I can't add to everything else I have read from people around the country about Jerry and Diana. All we can do is send our love and prayers...

I am shocked to hear of the loss of such a good man and a friend that he was to me. My prayers go out to the family and all at Woods Surfside.
