Shirley and family. What a shock. We lost a great man. I think back to the touch football games, softball games, swimming, fishing, etc. - growing up with my cousins. Jerry was a great influence during those developmental years. He will be much missed by all of us.

Jerry and I served together aboard the USS John W Weeks in the early 60's. We both worked as electricians in R division. Good friends then but parted company after we were discharged and went our separate ways. Some years later we re-established our friendship through the annual reunions of the Weeks'crew.
