I was an employee at the City when he was a Superintendent, then he became a City Council member along with me. Jerry always had his heart in the right place.

Jerry was a fine gentleman and it was a privilege to know him. He always was pleasant and friendly when we talked. Our sympathy to his family. May the Lord keep him safely.

Jerry always treated me well and with respect. I was fortunate to work with and know him. He will be remembered as a good, upstanding man.
