Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies. Judi Bledsoe

Living out of the area, I only recently learned of Jess's passing. I knew Jess and the family since 1975, as a business associate, friend and lover of fine food and wine, especially the old Imperial Dynasty. No matter the dilemma Jess was always, fair, level-headed, compassionate. Thank You Jess and your family for your loyal friendship through thick and thin.

Jess usto take me Dove hunting with his family when i was a young kid always treated me like family he was such a great man he will be greatly missed.

Jess-One of the good guys.

The family has a house down the street I think last time I saw Jess he was out looking for what he called one of his red dogs. He was a great guy and always very friendly.

As Mom states below, Jess was a pleasure to grow up with. I know this only because he impacted Jerry Dow and Janice Rambo in such a way that they made sure their children knew him. Nis - blessings of peace to you and the rest of the family. Pam Dow Ford and family.

Great memories including hunting shared with love. Jan Rambo Graham and the rest of the Dow family. Growing up in Corcoran with you was truly a pleasure.

Jess was a good friend and mentor, I got to spend 25 years knowing Jess. He taught me how to flyfish and archery. Our routine was to hunt, have dinner and play chess which Jess was extremely good at. My wife Vicki was also quite fond of Jess. I will miss him greatly may he rest in peace and my condolences to the family. Jess being the cornerstone of the family is spot on.
