Jesse Birnbaum

I always looked forward to visiting my Uncle Jesse from the time I was a toddler - he seemed to always radiate compassion, optimism, and a genuine interest in others. He knew something about everything, and conversations with him were like finishing a great book; you always went away feeling a little smarter, as if you had your IQ raised or accomplished something just by having a discussion with him.
I will miss him very much.
