My own father, Tommy Bares Sr., is rejoicing at seeing his motorcycle buddy in the afterlife! Daddy was a motorcycle enthusiast, and told us (at least every time we passed the shop) that people always asked him if he was related to the Byars because of the similarity in names! He'd laugh and claim it!

My heart goes out to family and friends at the passing of Tommy. I had the remarkable honor of working for Tommy when I was but a teen. He made an impression on my life and I always thought well of him and appreciated him for helping me and supporting me in difficult times. God bless his memory and all that he meant to us.
