Jesse H. Castorena

It's been a year and still the presence of Jesse is deeply missed. I miss the talks I had with him when I became frustrated trying to understand people. He would always say that I didn't need those kind of people in my life. Him being a devoted catholic and helping so much and being involved with his church made it a pleasure to help out whenever I could. What a class act.

Mr. Castorena was a supportive father to his children and a great man. It was always great to see him & Esther as their positive energy filled anywhere they were. He was always cheering us on at fencing tournaments and was very loving. I remember telling him once how he should give me away when I get married as he was such a good dad and he heartily agreed and said he'd be glad to. I appreciate his kindness to me and everyone else he touched.

Jesse Castorena was a wonderful man that I was so fortunate to know from being one of Christina's good friends. I will never forget his generosity and love that he shared with everyone he met.

Famiy Reunion

A few months ago Jesse and I participated in a family reunion. It was a family reunion that was aired on television. This family reunion was for a lady, a lady who boarded a bus and changed history. Jesse boarded a bus thirty five years ago and set a course for our lives together. It is now his family reunion; he left us for his hevenly family.
