Thoughts and prayers with the Collard family. Though I didn't know Jesse well in high school, it was obvious that he was well-liked and he was a people person. I hope his family will have peace and happy memories of his life.

I remember he was always a ladies man. He dated the hottest girl in the 9th grade, Kim Greene. He sure was funny too. And he always, always had a smile on his face. I can't believe he is not with us anymore. He will be sorely missed.
