I am so sorry to hear about Jesse's death, but I just became aware of it.

Met Jesse at the Springfield Mile many years ago. Stayed at the same hotel. Always a pleasure to see him.

I worked with Jesse in traffic. Always was upbeat and positive. A great cop, great friend, a great man. Rest In Peace my brother.
