I just ran across an employee of Mr. Jesse and just heard he had passed last year today. I couldn't believe it! He has been on the corner of West Lake & Bankhead for many years when I got my first Camaro I went only to Mr. Jesse for my gas. I will miss the man who was larger than life he did so much for the community and the people that knew him he will truly be missed!

To Mr. Jones' Family,
He was a great car repairman. He treated me fairly and with courtesy and respect in all business transactions. He allowed me to pay for repairs on the installment plan. If he fixed a car it was fixed. Thank you Lord for Mr. Jesse Jones who treated ladies with fairness and respect. I was his client for more than 26 years. He will truly be missed.
