Not sure what to say?

Well tomorrow will be one year since daddy has left us. It is still so very fresh on my mind and heart. I miss his sweet but deep voice to talk to. I leaned on him a lot for guidance in day to day challenges and decisions.

Living so far away from home has it's own struggles. It makes things harder to sink in that he is no longer with us here. But I thank him for all the things he taught me. He used to tell me "Just because you are a girl doesn't mean that you don't need to know...

My dad Jesse Kinsey will always be daddy to me. Daddy impressed us all with music being such an important part in our lives. I was so blessed to have such a wonderful childhood.

The two things that has been on my mind in remembering my Daddy is his long strong hands and his sweet soft forehead. Since the funeral, a song keeps playing over and over in my mind. It is the song “Daddy’s Hands”. Oh how he loved us so with his hands. The sacrifices he made to keep us clothed and fed....

I remember Jesse and all his brothers and sisters, and played with them many times, as a child. They had the most interesting yard, and I liked them all. I will miss him.

Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Our thoughts and prayers are with this wonderful family.

Deepest sympathy to Irene and family. Over the years I enjoyed his singing and in the brief time that I was able to get to know him on a personal basis I looked forward to his presence in the choir and congregation.

I am offering my deepest condolences to you for your loss.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Heaven is getting sweeter all the time! Our prayer is that our Loving Father will comfort you as only He can do.
