Not sure what to say?

To Our Dearest Jesse,

We are sitting hear thinking about you right now. We miss you so very much. You will always be in our thoughts and we love you so very, very much. We know we will see you again and we look forward to our joyful reunion.

Although we will never understand why you had to leave us so early, we know you are in a better place.

With all of our love forever,

Mom and Dad

Christie,
Sorry to hear of your loss. Those of us who are now removed to Texas share your grief. Several from "South 3rd West" are saddened to hear of this.

Even though I don't know the fam I will never forget jesse. He was a funny guy and made everyone laugh. To the family of jesse sorry to hear about the passing away. I just barely heard about it, as I am serving a LDS mission in the Philippines Olongapo mission.

Dear Mitchell Family,
Jesse was in one of my community college classes this semester. Although I did not know him well, he made such an impression on me with his vibriant smile and great personality. We had a running joke of him calling me "Mom" becuase he always needed a pen or paper, which I gladly provided! I am so sorry for your loss. You're all in my thoughts and prayers.

I was very sorry to hear that Jesse passed away, My son JD and Jesse used to play together when they were small and I remember one time I took them to the fire station and they got to put on the firemans coat and boots, it was such a fun time! I havent seen any of you in a very long time but please know Curt and Christy and Cody that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Jesse, you always made me smile. I will always remember what a wonderful ringbearer you made and how proud you were to do it. You tought me so much how to be a great mom and I know that you are with Grandpa Jim learning to sail. My heart goes out to Curt, Christy and Cody. I love you all very much and please know that I think of you everyday and you are in my prayers always.

Jesse....what can I say. I was a year older than you and we all became such good friends. I remember the Sweethearts dance you came to with me! I looked at the picture we took and couldn't stop laughing! Such a good time. I heard about your passing through friends and my sister. To the Mitchell family and all of his loved ones, I am so sorry for your loss. I haven't seen or heard from Jesse since high school, but I remember his vibrant way of life. He will be truely missed by all.

Curt, Christy, and Cody, just wanted you to know I'm thinking of you with much love and sadness. I know you'll hang on to each other tightly and keep Jesse alive in you memories. xoxo

I have tried more than once to make an entry in this book using a few words of comfort but don't seem able to find any words in the only language I know that could possibly help at such a devastating time. Perhaps with the combination of time and the love that endures everything, you will eventually be able to breathe in and out without feeling an ache in your heart. Walk with God. My heart and thoughts are with you.
