Not sure what to say?

I was deeply saddened to read about the passing of Jesse. Please accept my apology for not making the wake or funeral. I will never forget him. Jesse helped me a lot to understand music and the saxophone. He had a very big and warm sound that reflected his inner self. He truly loved his craft. May God bless his family.

You have my deepest condolances and sincere regrets for your loss. He will be sorely missed in the music industry and I know in your family also.
God always takes the good home. So he is in a better place: This too shall pass. God Bless

Jesse was a best friend growing up on Elizabeth Ave in Newark. We shared many wonderful memories as children and on into our teens. My deepest sympathies to the Morrison and Grimsley families. I haven't seen any of you in years; since living at 41 Elizabeth Ave. Jesse and I played in the band at Miller St. School. I remember Jesse's days working with Pearl Reeves. Again, my deepest sympathies and God bless you all.

Monique and Nate,
I am so very sorry to hear about your Dad. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
Love, Cathy
