Jesse was a best friend growing up on Elizabeth Ave in Newark. We shared many wonderful memories as children and on into our teens. I remember when Jesse first started playing the Sax -- he was always serious about his music and practiced a lot. As kids we both loved cats. His cat was named Nelly-Bell, and mine was named Marty.
