Jesse was born on January 14, 1953 and passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Jesse was a resident of Sandusky, Ohio at the time of passing. He graduated from Sandusky High School, Class of 1971. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 10:00AM until time of service at 12:00PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 1215 Pierce Street, Sandusky OH 44870, where Rev Clayton E. Howard is Pastor.
