ROBLEDO
On Thursday, October 17, 2013, Jesse Thomas Robledo, of San Antonio, TX, returned home to Big Bob (read Bob Marley) in the sky. Though his demise was one of tragedy and sorrow, his family is asking friends and acquaintances to celebrate his rich and full life, not his death. Jesse was born on August 16, 1986 to Chris and Thomas Robledo. His sister Andrea was a little upset by his birth but ultimately learned to love and cherish her brother. His childhood was filled with happiness, laughter and family. Jesse attended Edison High School and graduated in 2004 (Go Bears!). He was best known for his job in culinary arts as general manager of Chipotle Restaurant in San Marcos and worked all throughout Texas opening and managing stores. Outside of work, Jesse enjoyed playing the guitar, riding his bicycle around the city, traveling to music festivals and barbecuing with friends. Jesse is survived by his partner Amber Buchanan; grandmothers; mother and father; sister, Andrea, and brother-in-law, Vince Uribe; niece, Sonya Chaires; and nephew, Allen Uribe. He has multiple aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides of his family with whom he was close and even more friends whose lives he touched. His family would like to thank the multiple scores of people who have reached out and spoken about Jesse. Your kind words and stories are getting the family through this difficult time. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd at 1:00 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No.3. Condolences may be sent to the Robledo family at www.theangelusfuneralhome.com Arrangements by:

Not sure what to say?

thank you jesse for eveything. i miss you and will always

I don't believe I ever had the pleasure of meeting this young man but I am a graduate of Thomas Edison, class of 83, GO BEARS! So by virtue that we share in the brotherhood of being Golden Bears, he was a brother.

I feel that my words may sound fruitless, during this difficult time for your family so I can only hope and pray that with time, your wounds from this tragedy may heal and that the pain will subside and may his memory grow within your heart and soul.
Peace and prayers...

Tom
