Jesse "Pop" Sousa

LAKEWOOD – Jesse "Pop" Sousa, 91, passed away Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011, after a brief illness.

He lived for many years with his family, Lawrence and Karen Galizi of Lakewood. He also is survived by three grandchildren, Lawrence J. (Carol) Galizi of Crystal Lake, Melany L. Galizi of Cape Coral, Fla., and Jessica S. (Joe) Etten of McHenry; and three great-grandchildren, Jeremy Galizi, John Galizi and Joseph Etten.

The visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Route 176), Crystal Lake.
